Paying respect to the original heritage elements of the building,

the works will include the following enhancements:

• Character office speculative fit out works due for completion Q4 2018.
• Installation of a bigger, faster elevator.
• Full services upgrade including new air conditioning and switchboard.
• Lobby upgrade on ground floor which will re-instate the grand staircase as the primary building entry.
• Refurbishment of ground floor and basement.
• Access to bike racks and showers within the building available.
• New retail tenants to occupy the ground floor and basement.
• Whole building will be Disability Discrimination Act compliant.
